YG Entertainment issued a swift apology, but 2NE1 was hit with more unfortunate news when member Gong Minzy’s great-aunt, the legendary traditional dancer Gong Ok Jin, passed away earlier this week, leading the group to cancel its scheduled comeback on Mnet’s M Countdown for the week.
